FEEDBACK - SURVEY

Today I come at you with a feedback survey. With it, you can proudly share any feedback or comments about the site privately with me. Only I will be reading these. As a side note, if you do not have any input on some of the questions, feel free to leave it blank (I think it will still let you move forward), or you can put something simple such as "nothing comes to mind" or something positive like "you are doing great, nothing to suggest".
With that said, this is just a few-question survey, there may be days that I go in and add more questions if I want it to be more thorough but as of right now, it just asks you for an overall rating, likes/dislike, type responses. Please be as honest as possible. You may also report any type of bugs that you may find as well. If you need to, take a "walk" through the site, if something seems off, or needs to be changed, or something doesn't work, feel free to add it in the responses. This will help the site grow and help it become more active.
